Terms of use

The rules for everyone who uses the platform, including learners who buy courses.

Draft — last updated 2026-10-03. This text has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer and may change before launch.

Who we are

The platform lets independent creators ("publishers") publish and sell online courses, and lets learners buy and watch them. Each course is created by its publisher; the platform provides the technology, hosting and checkout, and collects payments.

Your account

You need a verified email address to buy or publish. Keep your password private and turn on two-step verification if you can. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, or have a parent or guardian's permission.

Buying a course

When you buy a course you get a personal, non-transferable licence to watch it for as long as the course remains available on the platform. You may not share your account, download, record, re-upload or resell course content.

Prices are set by publishers and shown before you pay. Card payments are processed by Whop; crypto payments, where offered, are processed by Cryptomus. We never see or store your full card number.

Refunds

Refunds follow the refund policy. Publishers may also approve refunds; access to a refunded course ends when the refund is processed. Opening a chargeback pauses access until it is resolved.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape, overload or try to bypass the access controls of the platform. Do not harass publishers, learners or staff. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content and reports

Courses are created by publishers, who are responsible for them. If something breaks the content policy or infringes your rights, use the Report link on the course or publisher page.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, the platform is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or on the site before they apply.
