Publisher terms
Extra terms for creators who open a publisher account and sell courses.

Your publisher account
You get a public page and a studio to build and sell courses. You keep ownership of everything you publish and give the platform a licence to host, stream, display and promote it on the platform for as long as it is published and while existing buyers keep access.
Your plan
Publishing requires an active plan. Plans, limits and prices are listed on the pricing page. If a renewal fails you get a grace period; after it, new sales stop and your courses are hidden from the catalogue until you pay. Buyers who already own your courses keep watching.
Price increases or reduced limits on your current plan only apply after advance notice; improvements can apply immediately.
Selling and earnings
You set your own course prices. Buyers pay the platform, which collects payments on your behalf through its payment providers (cards via Whop, crypto via Cryptomus where offered). Your share of each sale is the price minus the platform fee shown in your studio; it is credited to your earnings balance.
Each sale is held for a period shown in your studio (to cover refunds) before it can be withdrawn. You request withdrawals to the payout method you choose (for example a USDT wallet, PayPal or bank account); we review and send them manually, usually within a few business days, above the minimum shown. You must use two-step verification to manage withdrawals. You are responsible for your own taxes on your earnings.
Refunds and disputes
You must honour the refund policy. Refunds and chargebacks on your sales are taken from your earnings balance (the platform returns its fee share on refunds). While a dispute is open, the related amount is held; we answer disputes and may ask you for proof of delivery. If your balance becomes negative it is offset against future sales.
Your content
You confirm you own or have the rights to everything you upload, including music, footage and software shown in your lessons. Your content must follow the content policy. We may review, unpublish or suspend content or accounts that break it, and we keep a record of the reason.
Storage and viewing limits
Each plan includes storage and monthly viewing. Uploads stop at the storage limit. If viewing goes far beyond your plan, free previews and new sales of managed-video courses pause until the next month or an upgrade; existing buyers keep access.
Leaving
You can cancel your plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the paid period. Contact support to close your publisher account. Courses already sold stay available to their buyers unless removed for a legal reason.
