Refund policy

Courses

If a course is not what was described, or you cannot access it because of a technical problem we cannot fix, ask the publisher or Support for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Publishers can also offer refunds at their own discretion.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Access to the course ends when the refund is processed.

Publisher plans

Plan payments are not refunded for partial periods. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Crypto payments

Crypto payments cannot be reversed on the network. Where a crypto refund is approved it is sent manually to a wallet you confirm, in the amount of the original price.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback; most problems can be solved faster. While a chargeback is open, access to the course is paused.
